Supplier Management

New Supplier Audit

The company is proactively developing its supplier base to offer customers higher-quality products with more reliable delivery. We expect suppliers to adhere to our procurement principles. To become approved suppliers, they must complete a registration form according to our requirements and submit the necessary information. Once their application is reviewed, they may be registered in the system. The review process involves assessing written materials or conducting on-site Audit to evaluate the supplier's capacity, delivery times, and operational status.

Transactions and Communication

EIKEI Group dedicated procurement personnel maintain close communication with suppliers during regular transactions and visit or station personnel at the supplier's site as needed to achieve better quality control.

Annual Evaluation

Each year, EIKEI Group conducts comprehensive on-site evaluations of suppliers whose procurement volume accounts for 80% of the total cumulative procurement amount. These evaluations, combined with daily interactions and system records of deficiencies, assess suppliers' quality, delivery times, and regulatory compliance. Based on the evaluation results, procurement targets are adjusted, and unqualified suppliers are guided for improvement. If improvements are not made within the deadline, the frequency or amount of transactions is reduced.

WHY US
EIKEI Group is dedicated to expanding its operations and generating maximum shareholder value while fulfilling its corporate social responsibility. In addition to conducting business with integrity, serving customers, taking care of employees, and providing returns to shareholders, we aim to fulfill our corporate responsibilities in social welfare, environmental sustainability, and corporate governance.
